Climate Active Carbon Neutral Certification

Reliant Healthcare is certified carbon neutral by Climate Active for our business operations in 2023-24.


Climate Active is an Australian Government initiative. Certification means we have measured our greenhouse gas emissions, reduced them where we can, and offset the remainder through verified projects. Our emissions are balanced to zero.


What this certification covers

Our certification applies to Reliant Healthcare's business operations - the way we run our organisation day to day. It does not extend to individual products or services beyond this scope.

What we did to become carbon neutral
We worked with our team at Walker Wayland NSW to measure our full greenhouse gas footprint across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 - covering everything from office energy to staff travel. We reduced emissions where we could and invested in verified carbon offset projects to account for the remainder.

Why it matters to us
We believe that responsible care extends beyond the home. Running a well-governed organisation means thinking carefully about how we operate - and being accountable for our environmental impact is part of that. Certification is a practical step, not a statement. It reflects how we try to do business.

Responsible Public Policy Statement

Reliant Healthcare does not currently engage in lobbying activities and does not make political contributions.


If Reliant Healthcare engages with government, regulators, industry bodies or public policy processes, we will do so transparently, responsibly and consistently with our purpose, values, legal obligations and commitment to clients, workers, families and the broader community.


Any public policy engagement must be accurate, evidence-based and not misleading. Reliant Healthcare does not tolerate bribery, corruption, improper influence or political donations made to advance commercial interests.


Any proposed lobbying activity, political engagement, or use of an intermediary organisation to act on Reliant Healthcare’s behalf must be reviewed and approved by the Board or executive team before it occurs. Any intermediary must act consistently with Reliant Healthcare’s standards, values and legal obligations.


The Board and executive team are responsible for oversight of this statement. Concerns about Reliant Healthcare’s public policy, government affairs or lobbying practices may be raised through our feedback, complaints and grievance process.
