Accessibility Statement - Update

Since publishing our Accessibility Statement on 8 October 2025, we have implemented two new tools to improve inclusive access across our website:
Accessibility toolbar (UserWay): Provides user controls for text size, contrast, dyslexia-friendly fonts, link highlighting, keyboard navigation help, pausing animations and more.
Text-to-Speech (ResponsiveVoice): Enables visitors to listen to page content. Where available, a “Listen to this page” button is provided at the top of key pages.
What this means for you
Greater personalisation of how content displays and reads, without changing your device settings.
Improved support for visitors using screen readers, keyboard navigation and other assistive tools.
We will continue refining heading structure, alt text, colour contrast and focus order, and we plan regular accessibility audits at least twice per year.

As of 8 October 2025, we have undertaken a comprehensive accessibility review of our website to identify and address potential barriers to access. This included:

Reviewing colour contrast and font sizes for readability.
Enhancing keyboard navigation and ensuring visible focus indicators.
These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to improve the user experience for people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive tools.
