Accessibility Statement â€“ Our Commitment to Inclusive Online Access

At Reliant Healthcare, we are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people living with disability and those using assistive technologies. Accessibility is an essential part of our mission to support independence, dignity and inclusion in all aspects of care — including how people access information about our services online.

Our Commitment

We strive to meet the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, as recommended by the Australian Human Rights Commission under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). Our goal is to ensure that our website is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users.


What We’ve Done

As of 8 October 2025, we have undertaken a comprehensive accessibility review of our website to identify and address potential barriers to access. This included:

  • Ensuring that page structure and headings follow a logical hierarchy.

  • Adding or improving alternative text for meaningful images.

  • Reviewing colour contrast and font sizes for readability.

  • Enhancing keyboard navigation and ensuring visible focus indicators.

These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to improve the user experience for people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive tools.


Our Accessibility Roadmap

We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. As part of our continuous improvement plan, we are:

  • Implementing an accessibility toolbar to give users more control over text size, colour contrast, and reading preferences.

  • Introducing voice functionality to allow users to listen to page content with text-to-speech technology.

  • Conducting regular accessibility audits at least twice per year to ensure compliance with evolving standards and to respond to user feedback.

  • Expanding testing with users of assistive technology to ensure that our content and navigation are truly inclusive.
